Delivery within Edmonton, Sherwood Park & St. Albert city limits is $15.95 + GST

The $15.95 delivery charge is not included in the price of the bouquet. Deliveries to areas outside the city will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Best Buds will contact any customers requesting deliveries outside the city limits to confirm pricing. Delivery times are subject to change.


Some conditions apply:

● Phone number must be provided for recipient.
● We must call ahead to confirm delivery time and address.
● Flowers cannot be left with neighbours or on steps in extreme cold/heat.

● Additional delivery attempts may result in extra charges.
● Please check with hospital policy on receiving flowers before placing your order.

How much is delivery?

Delivery within the cities of Edmonton, Sherwood Park and St. Albert is a flat rate of $14.95. For areas outside of these, please give us a call.


Can I send flowers to another province or country through your shop?

Yes, we can have flowers delivered in Canada and worldwide for you. However, as we are an independent company, we cannot guarantee any other shops quality, selection or pricing. We do charge a small service fee for orders going outside of the Edmonton Area to other shops. To get the best idea of pricing & selection and for the best pricing for you, we suggest calling another shop directly.


Can I have flowers delivered today still?

If you would like flowers delivered during business hours, we need to have the order by 11:00 am, to ensure that we have time to make the flowers up and have them delivered in time. If you would like a morning delivery, please order the day before. Rush orders during business hours can be accommodated until 3:00 pm, for a small extra fee.


I want to order flowers for an event, but I am on a limited budget per piece, is this possible?

Yes, we can work within your budget and provide you with options: you can possibly even rent containers to save money. Call or email the shop to talk to a designer about your event.


How long do flowers last?

Each flower has a different vase life, but on average cut flowers will last about a week. Roses usually last 5-7 days, and some things like fuji mums and dendrobium orchids underwater will last you 1 to 2 weeks. Certain varieties of spring/summer garden flowers have a short vase life of more like 3-5 days like cosmos, dahlias or peonies. If you have a mixed bouquet and one flower isn't looking so good, take out that one stem, and often the arrangement will still look great!


Why do I need to book a consultation for my wedding?

There is a lot of detail that goes into wedding pricing, how large the bouquet is, whether some flowers are in or out of season, how much labour it will take to make the bouquet. Our designers need to go over the details with you to make sure that we can quote you an accurate price, and to be sure that we know exactly what you require, so that we can prevent miscommunication. Whether you are looking for funky and modern, beautifully classic, or rustic chic, we will ensure your flowers work with the theme of your special day.

We recommend booking a consultation 5-12 months before the wedding date. **During the COVID-19 pandemic we are providing wedding quotes on shorter notice, however, please note that not everything will be available during the pandemic and on short notice. Quotes are being done over the phone rather than in person as much as possible to reduce risk to yourself and our staff.
